The following policies refer to Workshops and Open Group Mentoring sessions hosted by Robin Cole. For workshops through a third party such as the Art Students League of Denver, please visit their websites for details and policies.
Payments
• Open Group Mentoring: Tuition due via website at time of booking. This payment is non-refundable except the in case of instructor cancellation.*
• Workshops: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold your place in a class/workshop.* The remaining balance is due one week prior to the workshop and is non-refundable after that time. Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or PayPal.
• Model fees are in addition to tuition unless otherwise stated.
• A FULL deposit/tuition/model fee refund will be issued if the instructor has to cancel class for any reason**
All classes will proceed rain, snow, or shine unless the roads are unsafe due to winter weather.
*If for any reason a class does not meet minimum enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
**Unfortunately this does not include associated expenses such as airfare if you are coming from out of state. If you’re at all concerned about weather, I highly recommend flying Southwest Airlines, as they have a generous cancellation policy!
Parking
If attending a gathering, please park in the long North driveway that leads to the studio (requires stacking cars in a row—thank you for helping maintain good relations with our neighbors!), along the gravel area/pavement in front of the front lawn, or, if these spaces on our property are occupied, along the spacious street. Please be respectful of our neighbors when parking. The studio entrance is at the end of the long North drive.
Model Etiquette
We consider our models to be VIP guests. Please be respectful of them at all times, and keep all interactions professional, allowing them space, limiting instructions except when requested, and ensuring they are comfortable and warm. NO model photography is permitted at any time.
